Are You Ready if Disaster Strikes? |

In an emergency do you want to be a
bystander or a responder? If you answered responder, you need to
learn more about the upcoming CERT Training Course.
During the course participants will
receive hands on training on:
- Disaster preparedness
- Fire safety/suppression
- Disaster medical operation
- Light search and rescue
- Team organization
- Disaster psychology
- Hands on disaster exercise
Each participant will be issued
emergency preparedness equipment and a student manual.
The eight-week CERT training course
starts Jan. 14 and ends March 4. Classes will be held every Thursday
until March 4 from 7 – 10 p.m. at Central County Fire and Rescue
Station #3, 511 Willott Road, St. Peters.

information and an application. The registration fee is $25 and the
course is limited to the first 25 registrations received.
