About us... The St. Peters / Central County Community Emergency Response Team is a well-trained civilian emergency work force that is prepared to deploy when disaster situations arise that overwhelm conventional emergency services. Situations may also require the need for traffic control, assisting in area evacuations, emergency communications, and missing person searches. Each team member has completed a comprehensive training program and meets for additional training on a monthly basis. Members also help with non-emergency situations and community projects ( e.g., Operation Clean Stream, Smoke Detector Testing/Replacement Program, traffic control and first aid for community events... ).
